This is a working timeline and may change as the circumstances the contributors and editors evolve as well as the peer review process. Many edited books take 2-3 years to produce and we are working our hardest to ensure a quick production process but that retains a quality interactive process amongst the participants in the project and that the final produce is of the highest quality possible.

Jan 15 – Extentended deadline for peer review process. Authors should plan to start to revise their chapters at this point.
Feb 15  – Chapter revisions due with short explanation and justification of how authors incorporated the peer review comments.
Mar 15  – Editors will return chapters to authors after reviewing chapters and ensuring that authors incorporated or responded to all comments from peer review. Final content-based reviews will be provided by editors as well as copy editing and returned to authors for final revisions
Apr 15 – Final revised chapters due back to authors.
May 1 – Final proofs go to professional copy-editor and designer
Jun-Jul – Production and publication of book – Celebration!

Oct 15 2015 – Original deadline for first drafts of chapters sent to editors
Nov 28 2015 – Extension of deadline for chapters
Dec 1 2015 – start of peer review process
Dec 18 2015 – Original deadline for peer review comments
